AWO congratulates Omani women on their national day

AWO congratulates the leadership and people of the Sultanate of Oman, and to every Omani woman, on the celebration of Omani Women's Day, which falls on 17 October of each year. Appreciating and honouring the contribution of Omani women in the development of their country and supporting the process of state building.
Dr. Fadia Kiwan, Director-General of AWO, praised the positive leap of the Sultanate in the status and role of women through the wise leadership of Sultan Qaboos bin Said.
AWO wishes further progress for Omani women in all fields, and for the people of Oman, both men and women.
